1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HuddleApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Community Objective & Conduct

HuddleApp’s main objective is to provide users with a platform for connecting with other sports lovers who want to help each other improve. We want the community to interact in a friendly and collaborative way. To ensure a safe environment, we have a Zero Tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit content that:

• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or constitutes stalking.
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Contains pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material.
• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
• Is spam or fraudulent.

Any type of aggression, bullying, or stalking will NOT be tolerated.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

HuddleApp reserves the right to monitor User Generated Content (UGC). We will take the following actions:

• Removal: Any content found to be in violation of these terms will be removed immediately and without notice.
• Suspension/Ban: Users who violate these terms, specifically those who post objectionable content or harass others, will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
• Reporting: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the App. We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 hours and taking appropriate action.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post and your interactions with other users. HuddleApp is not responsible for the conduct of any user but provides tools (blocking and reporting) to manage your experience.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
